Excellent leaders develop through a never ending course of self-study, education, training, and experience. Excellent leaders are continually working and studying to progress their leadership skills; they are NOT resting on their laurels.

Meaning of Leadership

The meaning of a message is the change which it produces in the image.

Leadership is a course by which an individual influences others to execute a target and guides the organization in a way that makes it further cohesive and coherent. Leadership is a course whereby an individual influences a group of individuals to accomplish a common goal.

Leaders execute this method by enforcing their leadership knowledge and skills. This is called Process Leadership. Nevertheless, we identify that we have traits that can influence our actions. This is called Trait Leadership, in that it was once common to consider that leaders were born rather than made. Despite the fact that leadership is learned, the skills and knowledge processed by the leader can be influenced by his or hers attributes or traits, such as beliefs, values, ethics, and character. Knowledge and skills add directly to the process of leadership, at the same time as the other attributes give the leader definite characteristics that make him or her exceptional.
